Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and data governance practices.Job DescriptionPrivate Wealth Business Analyst OverviewThe Private Wealth Business Analyst will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability within the client’s wealth management division.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement strategic solutions for client service journeys.Develop and maintain journey maps, process flows, and training materials to optimize client onboarding and service processes.Drive technology enablement initiatives, including requirements creation, user testing, and post-launch performance tracking.Analyze operational models to recommend changes that improve efficiency and client outcomes.Partner with data governance teams to ensure consistency in client and account data across systems.Maintain and prioritize inventories of forms, documentation, and known technology enhancements.Contribute to the organization’s strategic goals by leveraging analytical and operational expertise.Private Wealth Business Analyst Key Responsibilities & DutiesOwn and enhance the Client Service journey, including transacting, trading, maintenance, inquiry, and self-service processes.Create and maintain journey maps, SOPs, playbooks, and training materials for client onboarding.Identify friction points and recommend enhancements to reduce handoffs, processing times, and error rates.Establish and track SLAs and KPIs to measure operational performance and client satisfaction.Drive technology enablement initiatives, including requirements creation, user testing, and adoption tracking.Partner with data governance teams to define and maintain client and account data dictionaries.Inventory and rationalize Client Service forms and documentation to simplify workflows.Maintain prioritization of known technology debt and enhancements for continuous improvement.Private Wealth Business Analyst Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking; 5 years preferred.Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational efficiency tools.Experience with automation technologies and digital transformation initiatives.Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to simplify complexity.Ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders effectively.Familiarity with change management principles and techniques.
