Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, one Saturday per month

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients and develop individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Provide care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a more pressing need in the inpatient setting
• Apply therapeutic techniques and interventions to help patients manage and improve their conditions
• Educate patients on strategies to prevent or manage their conditions for long-term health benefits
• Develop fitness- and wellness-oriented programs to support healthier and more active lifestyles
• Document patient care using facility EMR systems ( ReDoc/NetHealth, MedHost )

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license (pending NM licensure considered — must be included with submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Both inpatient and outpatient experience required
• Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ReDoc/NetHealth and/or MedHost EMR systems
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with both inpatient and outpatient caseloads
• Strong patient education and communication skills
