Pay Information

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process new prescription orders, refills, or clarifications
• Utilize multiple software programs to review patient profiles and accurately enter prescription information
• Update and maintain patient records with an emphasis on detail and HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with other teams to address clarifications and transfer information appropriately
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold standards for data security

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Colorado Provisional Pharmacy License or Colorado Certified Pharmacy Technician License preferred; VPI will cover costs for applicants willing to obtain a provisional license
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize competing demands

• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
