Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional seeking a stable, first-shift opportunity? We are looking for a focused Data Entry Clerk to join a dedicated team! In this essential role, you will be responsible for entering accurate physician and medical facility information into specialized electronic medical record software.

Working on-site in a professional office environment, you will enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend or evening hours. This position is ideal for candidates who take pride in high-volume production, exceptional data accuracy, and maintaining completeness in time-sensitive situations. If you are proficient with standard office technology, have sharp attention to detail, and thrive in a structured setting, this role offers a great environment to apply your administrative skills.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Input, update, and verify physician and healthcare facility data within the EMR system while maintaining strict accuracy and production volume standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter detailed physician and facility information into HCHB EMR software.
• Meet daily departmental benchmarks for data entry volume, accuracy, and completeness.
• Review source records to identify and correct discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Utilize MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams, for daily communication and task tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume data entry or administrative support.
• strong typing skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams).
