To support efforts in protecting free and fair elections, the part-time Contract Litigation Attorney will engage in substantive litigation tasks such as legal research, drafting pleadings, and assisting with expert reports while working remotely for 20-40 hours per week through late March 2027. Key responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, legal briefs, and memoranda Prepare discovery-related documents, including motions and subpoenas Assist in the development of expert reports and support ongoing litigation efforts Required qualifications Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience Ability to work 20-40 hours per week starting no later than October 5, 2026 Experience with fast-paced litigation tasks Strong commitment to the mission of protecting democracy Compliance with applicable bar membership rules in the United States
